Our Commitment to Responsible AI
At Liplyn Information Group, we are committed to developing and deploying artificial intelligence systems that are safe, transparent, and aligned with human values. We fully support the objectives of the European AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure our AI systems comply with its requirements.
European AI Act Overview
The European AI Act is the world's first comprehensive legal framework for artificial intelligence. It establishes a risk-based approach to AI regulation, ensuring that AI systems used within the European Union meet high standards for safety, transparency, and fundamental rights protection.
Risk Classification of Our AI Systems
We have conducted thorough assessments of all our AI-powered services and classified them according to the risk categories defined by the European AI Act:
- Limited Risk AI Systems: Our content recommendation, sentiment analysis, and AI visibility tracking tools fall under limited risk categories. These systems are designed with transparency obligations, and users are informed when they interact with AI-generated content.
- Minimal Risk AI Systems: Our search optimization and analytics tools present minimal risk and are used to enhance user experience without significant impact on individual rights.
Transparency Measures
In accordance with Article 50 of the European AI Act, we implement the following transparency measures:
- Clear disclosure when content is generated or substantially modified by AI
- Information about the capabilities and limitations of our AI systems
- Accessible documentation about how our AI systems process data
- Notification to users when they are interacting with AI chatbots or automated systems
Data Governance
Our AI systems are developed and trained using data governance practices that comply with both the European AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that training data is relevant, representative, and free from biases that could lead to discriminatory outcomes. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Human Oversight
We maintain meaningful human oversight of our AI systems. Our team regularly monitors AI outputs, investigates anomalies, and can intervene or override automated decisions when necessary. Critical decisions that may significantly affect individuals are reviewed by qualified personnel.
Technical Documentation & Record-Keeping
We maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our AI systems, including design specifications, training methodologies, testing procedures, and performance metrics. This documentation is available to relevant authorities upon request and is regularly updated to reflect system changes.
Prohibited AI Practices
Liplyn Information Group does not engage in any AI practices prohibited under Article 5 of the European AI Act, including:
- Subliminal manipulation techniques
- Exploitation of vulnerabilities of specific groups
- Social scoring systems
- Real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces

Your Rights
Under the European AI Act and related regulations, you have the right to:
- Be informed when you are interacting with an AI system
- Receive explanations about AI-assisted decisions that affect you
- Request human review of automated decisions
- Lodge complaints with relevant supervisory authorities
Continuous Improvement
