To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Liplyn Information Group B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liplyn Information Group B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
