Overview

JobBooster's job boards had been running for 25 years. The legacy codebase had reached its limits: integrations with external parties were fragile, adding new boards was slow, and matching candidates to vacancies depended on manual work. Liplyn Information Group rebuilt the entire platform from the ground up — a modern back-end, a fast front-end for every board, and reliable pipelines that automatically load vacancies from partner feeds.

After 25 years of organic growth, the platform consisted of tightly coupled legacy systems. Vacancy ingestion from external partners broke regularly and required manual fixes. Every new job board or feature took months to deliver, and matching blue-collar candidates — who rarely maintain polished CVs — to the right vacancies at scale was practically impossible with the existing tooling.

We re-engineered the platform end to end: a new scalable back-end, a modern front-end for every board in the portfolio, and robust API integrations that automatically ingest vacancies from all partner systems. On top of that foundation we built AI-driven recruitment modules that engage candidates conversationally — asking the right questions, extracting skills and availability from natural conversation — and match them automatically to open vacancies across Bouwvacatures.nl, Techniekvacatures.nl, ICTvacatures.nl, Officevacatures.nl and Vacant.nl.

The new platform loads vacancies automatically and reliably from all connected partners, new boards can be launched quickly, and the conversational AI matching module connects candidates to relevant vacancies without manual intervention. JobBooster now runs a modern, scalable recruitment platform that is ready for the next decade.
